Wendy Swire is certified executive coach, speaker, author, facilitator and leadership consultant. She is Principal of the Swire Solutions, an executive coach firm based in the Washington, DC area.  Wendy founded and leads the DC Neuroleadership Group, a neuroscience study “salon”.  She has coached over 2,000 leaders at Fortune 50 organizations, US Government agencies and international NGOs.  She has taught leadership overseas and works with global coaching clients.  Wendy is the author of of Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee Performance  and  is a graduate of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program. Wendy is the proud mother of two sons and two goldendoodles. She loves singing, music,  all yoga, hiking, reading and is training to be a tea sommelier.  Wendy is Co-President of the local non-profit Conflict Resolution of Montgomery County and actively supports the NICL school if Leogane, Haiti where she visited and volunteered with her.   She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts/Harvard).
